Boboli Gardens (Florence, Italy)
– The Boboli Gardens (Giardini di Boboli) are located behind the Pitti Palace (Palazzo Pitti) in Florence. We spent an afternoon there enjoying the beauty and tranquility of walking around sculptures dating back to the 16th and 18th centuries. The Pitti Palace was the main seat of the Medici family in Florence. The openness of the garden is enhanced by the magnificent view of Florence. The gardens are situated on the south side of the River Arno, not very far from the Ponte Vecchio.
