Lazy Afternoon

— As a cloudy, drizzly day was coming to a close, the sun showed signs of life very briefly towards sunset time. Luckily for me, the Copperfield Nature Trail is very close to my house. I rushed to the small lake at one of the trail entrances just to capture some of the golden hour colors there. It was very, very cold, but to my surprise, there was a dog having fun jumping in and out of the lake. This is the same trail and location when in the spring the wildflower display is vibrant.
