Nymph Lake

— Although you can simply do a short 1.1-mile (1.7 km) hike to Nymph Lake, I doubt you will want to stop here. I like to refer to this Rocky Mountain NP trail as part of the lakes trails. You start at Bear Lake and then proceed to Nymph Lake. The trail goes on passing by Dream Lake until you reach Emerald Lake. One nice feature of this lake is that you can go around it without any effort. It’s very similar to Bear Lake in that regard. However, as you can see in the photo above and the previous entry I made for Nymph Lake, the water lilies found in the lake offer an extra attraction. Depending on the time of the year, those lilies can be in full bloom.
