— At our recent trip to the national parks in Utah, we marveled at the many hoodoos in Bryce Canyon. The Scenic Drive in the park is a must on anyone’s list. At each stopping point, you can spend several minutes simply appreciating and discovering the hidden formations in the canyon below. When we stopped at the Natural Bridge scenic view point (elevation 8,627 ft/2,630 m), in addition to its name sake, another beautiful feature was the Olympic Torch hoodoo. It needs no explanation why it has that name.
