Unfurling Beauty: The Enchanting Morning Glory

Morning Glory

This morning, as I went out to water some areas of our front yard, I could not resist capturing this image of a Morning Glory with water droplets on its gentle petals. After all, it is floral Friday!

Morning glory is the best name, it always refreshes me to see it.
[Henry David Thoreau]

Morning Glory flowers come in a variety of colors, including blue, red, pink, purple, white, and even yellow. As their name suggests, their blooms unfurl in the early morning and close up in the afternoon.

Thanks, Philo. The “dew drops” were a result of my watering the plant first. I agree the drops added to the flower’s beauty.

I agree that the droplets added such beauty. I had just watered the front yard and noticed the droplets. I’m glad I captured the image. Thanks you.
