– There are several spots around the Sol Duc Falls where one can get some beautiful shots. This area, in particular, is very popular because it allows visitors to get close to the river and falls. Olympic National Park has three major ecosystems: subalpine forest and wildflower meadow, temperate forest, and the rugged Pacific shore. The park encompasses almost a million acres.
