— Some of the most beautiful sunsets at the Grand Canyon NP (North Rim) can be experienced comfortably right at the lodge patio. Grab your favorite beverage, maybe dinner, and sit comfortably to admire the Creator’s beauty of a sunset. On this particular afternoon, clouds had rolled in as rains were in the forecast. Nevertheless, shortly before the sunset, the storm dissipated and created an intense and colorful sunset. I couldn’t help but think of Mahatma Gandhi’s words: “When I admire the wonders of a sunset or the beauty of the moon, my soul expands in the worship of the creator.”
